In Memory of Dr. Arun Gupta
In 1995, Dr. Arun Gupta, a Senior Medical Oncologist, was deeply moved by the disparity in oncology standards between India and the UK. Compelled to make a difference, he returned to Jaipur, India, to deliver quality cancer treatment and compassionate care. He began his private practice in 1996 and joined Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital in 1997 as its first Honorary Consultant, contributing significantly to its early foundation until his departure in 2003.
Realizing the financial hardships faced by many cancer patients, especially young women, Dr. Gupta established NIDAAN in 2001, a charitable trust dedicated to supporting financially disadvantaged cancer patients. Through awareness campaigns, free treatment initiatives, and ongoing care, NIDAAN has treated over 5,000 patients with a remarkable 95% cure rate by 2017. His pioneering efforts greatly reduced the stigma around cancer in Rajasthan and created a network to help survivors with rehabilitation and employment opportunities.

Our Vision
Today, his son, Mr. Akshay Gupta, founder of DoozyDoc Healthcare, is honored to carry forward his father’s legacy. Drawing upon Dr. Gupta’s principles and community-focused vision, Akshay, with the support of his mother Dr. Seema Gupta (HOD, SMS Medical College, Jaipur), friends, and fellow healthcare professionals, has launched an initiative to provide home healthcare services. This service enables patients who cannot travel to hospitals to access comprehensive medical care in the comfort of their homes.
In further tribute to Dr. Arun Gupta’s legacy, the DoozyDoc team will organize monthly health camps for underprivileged communities, working toward his dream of making Jaipur and nearby villages Neerog (disease-free). Through these efforts, Dr. Gupta’s enduring mission to serve and heal lives on.

Mr. Akshay Gupta
Founder
Akshay Gupta completed his B.Tech from VIT Vellore in Computer Science and was offered many lucrative jobs. Inspired by his late father Dr. Arun Gupta a renowned Medical Oncologist of Jaipur who treated more than 10,000 cancer patients, realised the need of “Professional home health care services”. Concerned that the patients need to visit hospital for minute medical issues, they conceived the idea of complete hospital services at home, including ICU Services, Skilled Nursing, Caretakers, Diagnostic Services, Emergency Services, Medicine Delivery, Medical Equipment on rent etc.
On February 2019, Akshay Gupta conceptualised this effort as DoozyDoc Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with a focus of providing trained and professional care at home fulfilling his dream of serving patients at their doorstep.

Mr. Monu Kumar
Patient Relationship Manager
Monu has a prior experience of more than 4 yrs in the medical field. He has worked in hospitals as well home healthcare. He has worked in many leading hospitals of Jaipur and has even provided home healthcare services to patients in the city. He is associated with Doozydoc for several years as a patient relationship manager. He helps and guides the patient for a comfortable home treatment by connecting with patients personally and understanding their needs.
